Located in southeastern Boulder County against the front range of the Colorado Rocky Mountains, Marshallville Ditch is one of about 125 ditch and irrigation entities in the county. The ditch predates Colorado statehood by eleven years having been established in June 1865 to provide water to early residents of the valley. The purpose of the Ditch is to transport irrigation water to farmland. Our headgate is in Marshall, Colorado. The ditch runs approximately 8 miles northeasterly, terminating at Teller Lakes.
